Keep your number on your phone, let your messages flow to your software
Businesses connect their WhatsApp Business number to Meta's official Cloud API without removing it from the app on their phone. Setup with Meta, key storage and message traffic live in the platform; the business's software talks to one simple API.
One number, two places
With Meta's Coexistence feature, the number is connected to the Cloud API without being removed from the WhatsApp Business app on the phone. The business keeps chatting from the phone; the same messages also flow into its software.
The platform never performs any action that would remove the number from the app; the connection is made with the business's own Meta account and consent.
